Base Training Plan

With this plan you will be provided with a detailed 4 week training block customised to your needs.

The Goal of this plan is to improve all round fitness on the bike.

An end of block check in will be provided to further fine tune training for the next block.

My coaching programs are designed to help riders unlock their full potential—whether you’re an elite athlete chasing performance gains or a leisure cyclist looking to ride stronger, faster, and with more confidence. Through personalised training plans, smart data analysis, and a focus on sustainable progress, I provide the structure, knowledge, and motivation you need to reach your goals on the bike.

Combining experience with cutting edge training software, used by Pro Tour teams that actively measure not only FTP but Critical Power and W Prime (W’) our training programmes will help you develop every aspect of your cycling. From beginners to Elite racers our training programmes are custom designed for you.

These plans are easily synced to your indoor training software and GPS Head Units.

Bespoke Training Plan

With the bespoke training plan I will design a periodised training schedule ideal for targeting specific events/rides where you need to be at best fitness possible.

Weekly customised plans will be sent to you to follow with weekly check ins to check on your progress and adjust if needed.
